How to Play Magical Fillwords

Your mission is simple: Clear the board. Find every hidden word in the category. Each level locks to one theme—Animals, Food, Professions, Sport. Wipe the grid clean. Move to the next challenge.

The Word Hunt

Click and drag across letters. Horizontal moves work. Vertical works. Diagonal? Nope. Not allowed. Form a word. See it light up in color. Special cells drop Coins and Hints when you cross them. Watch for the Joker tiles ("?")—those are dead zones. Skip them. They're not part of any word.

Progression & XP

Earn Experience Points (XP) with every cleared level. Rack up XP. Unlock new stages. Climb from beginner to Master of Words. Four categories rotate. Each one tests different vocab muscles. Grind through Animals. Switch to Sport. The loop keeps you sharp.

Strategy & Hints

Stuck on a tough grid? Hit the Scroll icon. Burns one hint. Reveals one random letter. Use it smart—save hints for the endgame when two words remain and you're blind. Scan horizontally first. Then vertical. Ignore the Jokers. Focus on letter clusters.
